How to change to extrovert from introvert?

Are you an introvert who wishes you could be more extroverted? Or maybe you're an extrovert who wants to know how to tone it down a bit. Either way, it's possible to change from one personality type to the other. Here's how:



1. Act extroverted, even if you don't feel like it.


This may seem like a difficult task, but it's actually quite simple. Just act like you're the life of the party, even if you don't feel like it. Smile, make eye contact, and be sociable. The more you do this, the more extroverted you'll become.


2. Find a balance.


If you're an introvert who is trying to become more extroverted, it's important to find a balance. You don't want to become too extroverted, or you'll lose your introverted qualities that make you unique. Find a happy medium between the two personality types.


3. Be yourself.


This is probably the most important tip of all. No matter what personality type you are, it's important to be yourself. Don't try to be someone you're not, or you'll never be truly happy. Embrace your introverted or extroverted qualities and use them to your advantage.
